Basic Life/AD&D Insurance - Lincoln
Protecting your family’s future is no doubt one of your highest priorities. One way to help achieve this goal is through life insurance. Three Rivers ISD provides you with a valuable Basic Life/AD&D insurance plan at no cost to you.
Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance - Lincoln
In addition to your Basic Life/AD&D Insurance, you have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance protection. This benefit is designed to help provide financial security for you and your family. This coverage is an employee-paid benefit.
Disability - The Standard
The Standard will help you protect your salary, up to 66%, should you become disable as a result of a covered accident, illness, or pregnancy. The plan has various waiting periods depending on your own personal needs. Coverage is Guaranteed Issue and requires no medical underwriting. Coverage can be elected increments of $100 up to 66% of your salary.
The elimination periods, or waiting periods, available are 0/7, 14/14, 30/30, 60/60,90/90, or 180/180. Benefits may also be paid for up 90 days even if you have a preexisting condition on elections of $300 or more.

Critical Illness coverage is designed to cover several life events in one policy. The policy is divided into different categories: Heart, Cancer, Stroke, Organ, and Quality of Life. If you are diagnosed with a covered disease in any of these categories, you will be paid 100% of the amount you chose to be covered. This money is paid directly to you, to do as you wish. This benefit is an option to help cover uninsured expenses associated the high cost of treating critical illnesses.
Hospital Indemnity - Transamerica
Hospital Indemnity insurance can help with medical costs that your health insurance may not cover. These benefits are available for you, your spouse and eligible dependent children.

Cancer Insurance - Transamerica
